Why we process data
We process personal data only to (1) handle reservations for Fenix Expo programme items, (2) handle archive contributions and object loans, (3) answer contact requests and (4) send the newsletter.
What data
Reservation: name, age, email address, phone number, chosen session and consent. Contribution or loan: name, email address, phone number (optional), description and uploaded file. Contact: name, email address and message. Newsletter: name and email address. We collect nothing beyond this (data minimisation).
Legal basis
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). With every submission we store that and when you gave consent. Visitors under 16 also need consent from a parent or guardian.
Retention
Reservations are deleted no later than 3 months after the exhibition. Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Contribution and loan data is kept as long as needed to manage the archive. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Storage and processors
Data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We never sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no non-essential cookies and uses no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@pannaknockout.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
